Raymond oppong-dapaah

Director Ultranet Ghana (Non-Executive)

Raymond is a co-founder and Director of Ultranet Ghana Limited. With over thirteen years of executive experience, having worked with leading companies in diverse fields. At the Board level he provides Strategic Directions aimed at ensuring the overall success of its operations. He had held various managerial positions including Business Development Manager at CH Group Limited, a role through which he helped to develop and manage a portfolio of businesses in Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Waste Water Treatment and Real Estate. He was also the Senior Manager in charge of Finance and Investment at BBH Limited, a telecommunication company. Earlier in his career, Raymond started as a banker with CalBank Limited where he rose to the position of Retail Credit Manager before his exit in 2014. He led product development, relationship Management and Credit Appraisals functions at the bank. Raymond holds an MBA in Finance and a BA (Hons) in Information Studies. He is also a is a Certified Project Finance Specialist (CPFS) from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IABFM)Raymond is a co-founder and Non- Executive Director of Ultranet Ghana Limited. Nana Obiri Yeboah Lewis

Director Ultranet Ghana (Non-Executive)

Experienced Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the online media and Value-Added Services space for Voice and SMS industry. At the Board level he provides Strategic Directions aimed at ensuring the overall success of the company’s operations.

With her over 16 years of experience including expertise at the Senior Management level in the telecom and Media industries, he has developed core and technical skills which he possesses making him a force to reckon with in the industry.

Nana is also skilled in Event Management, Journalism, Media Relations, Policy Analysis, and Social Media. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a M.A. Social Policy focused in Humanities from University of Ghana

OPHELIA OSEI-DANQUAH

Managing Director (Executive Director)

Ophelia is Ultranet’s Managing Director and also an Executive Director on the Board. She joined the company in 2021 with strong performance in project development, portfolio strategy and cross-functional leadership expertise, Ophelia was the Executive Director of Newfikin Limited prior to joining Ultranet.

She has become an integral part of the team responsible for setting up several of the Group’s subsidiaries and expansion drives including Ultranet-SMS, Ultranet- VAS, and Ismart International in West African countries.

Ophelia is exceptionally skilled in refining business vision, transforming the vision into operational plans and completing projects that exceed expectation. Her strengths include the development of start-ups, strategy formulation and execution, Business development and management, Joint Ventures & Public-Private Partnerships, as well as procurement, deal evaluation and negotiations.
